Vision Statement:
CWIC’s vision is for an independent, well funded, influential, effective and inclusive voluntary and community sector in Coventry and Warwickshire.
Aims and Objectives:
Coventry and Warwickshire Infrastructure Consortium (CWIC) facilitates effective, strategic joint working amongst infrastructure organisations (CWIC’s membership) in the sub region in order to:
· provide equitable support and services to frontline voluntary organisations and community groups
· maximise resources, skills and expertise
· reduce unnecessary duplication of activity
· create a framework through which the sector can expresses its views and influence policy, service design and delivery and issues which affect their communities.
