b:rap's vision is that of a society which is more equitable and confident in its diversity. brap does this by helping people, communities and the organisations that serve them to turn equality into reality.
Aims and Objectives:
- Promoting a learning culture -one where equalities can be openly discussed, questioned and acquired. (Our professional development team supports people to achieve this).
- Helping people develop a more informed and confident approach to equality implementation. (Our research team supports people to gather the evidence to achieve this).
- Making sure that equality practice are fair. (Our policy team offers people the policy advice they need to do this).
- Enabling more people to connect with equality and help to make a fairer society. (Our community development team supports communities and community organisations to engage with issues of equality).
